Terms of Service

1. Agreement
By creating a Heaven Mail account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you use Heaven Mail on behalf of an organisation, you accept these Terms for that organisation.
2. The service
Heaven Mail provides hosted mailboxes over standard IMAP/SMTP with webmail access. Features and limits depend on your plan (Free, Pro, Business), as described on our pricing page.
3. Accounts & security
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
4. Acceptable use
- No sending spam, phishing, malware, or unlawful content.
- No infringing others' rights or violating applicable law.
- No attempts to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the service.

5. Plans, billing & cancellation
TODO — describe pricing, billing cycle, taxes, renewals, refunds, and how to cancel. Note the 15% annual discount referenced on the site.
6. Your content & data export
You retain ownership of your mail. You can export everything as a standard mbox file at any time. We do not claim rights over your content beyond what is needed to operate the service.
7. Availability & SLA
We aim for high availability. Business plans include a TODO — confirm 99.9% SLA terms and remedies. The service is otherwise provided "as is".
8. Termination & wind-down
You may close your account at any time. If we discontinue the service, we will give at least 90 days' notice by email, keep mailboxes accessible read-only during that window, and keep the mbox export tool available throughout.
9. Liability
